Hey everyone, Im hoping my response helps. I have had the same problem for as long as I can remember - im in my late 20's and sometimes the symptoms of nausia are really bad but most of the time bearable.
I went to the doctors on Monday after I felt so sick at work I was almost physically sick and my doctor said that the acidity levels in my body were quite high and I needed to cut out some foods to see if this was the issue, she made me cut out Eggs, Yoghurt, black Tea and black coffee and above all no altificial sugar or canned anything. She said it wasnt much to worry about however its just an extreme form of acid reflux.
I thought this was very interesting as on the monday when I was very sick all I had was coffee and two equals. It has now been a week and I feel soooo much better, especially cutting out eggs and egg products, has made me very 50% better.
I enjoy a wine most night which is what I used to blame the nausia on, the doctor confirmed that it probably wasnt helping but it wasnt the sole cause. She also prescribed me some medication to lower my acidity levels however im not a big believer in medication and thought I would try on my own with food to see if it made a difference. If it comes back again I will probably give the medication a go but in the meantime I feel great.
I strongly suggest for anyone having these symptoms to google ' alkaline diets ' its not so much as a diet but a low acidic way of eating. Hope this helps as its worked for me :)

I have the same issue, try this:
Use a heating pad on your stomach or space heater at your feet if you're in an office setting. Somehow it mimics a hot bath and makes everything feel better.
Also, increase vitamin B or tan for 10 minutes 2x week. It helps.
Massages help, too, but can be pricey. Try stretching out your core muscles in the morning. Lay on a floor and twist. Enlongate your torso. Stand up and put your hands up in the air and reach as far as they can go. It works.

I know this is an old thread, but thought I'd add my 2 cents. Other explanations for nausea could be iron deficiency. About 10 years ago, I had a problem with diarrhea, nausea, weakness. Had parasitic testing, blood work, sigmoidoscopy, etc. The only thing that showed was low iron, but the doctors kept saying don't take iron with the GI issues, because it would make them worse.
Well, after I had suffered for 6 weeks, I started doing research on iron deficiency. It can cause a lot of strange problems in the body, because your tissues aren't getting enough oxygen.
So I decided to go ahead and take iron. Within 2 weeks, I was completely better. Shows how much doctors don't know.
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies can make you very sick. If you're not eating or absorbing, take a multivitamin when you have a meal, and it may help.
Sinus issues can also cause GI distress. If you have a sinus infection, and it's not diagnosed, it could be causing stomach issues.
