You need to see your doctor and get a food allergy test. It sounds like what I had and I basically had extreme acid reflux, your body cant break down some acidic foods. For me it was eggs, yoghurts and the acids in artificial sugars.
Hope this helps.

Nausea can sometimes be caused by a food allergy that you are unaware of. I found that my morning nausea was caused by sulfites, a common allergy. It was in everything! Ketchup, hot sauce, alcohol, cofee, tea, and even frozen foods. Keeping a food log of what you eat and trying eliminating things to see if your condition gets better, is helpful. I think this symptom is also common amongst people with IBS, and exasperated by unnatural and fried foods.

I'm 24 and live in the UK. I feel naseous EVERY morning, without fail, and have been for at least a couple of years. I feel ok first thing in the morning, I have 2 cups of coffee and a cigarette (yes, i smoke, this could be a factor..) but I can't make myself eat breakfast. I simply have absolutely NO appetite in the morning, even though I feel hungry. Sometimes I can manage a bowl of Special K, but I usually feel even worse after eating. Usually I can't eat until after midday. I know I should eat breakfast, because it makes me feel better later on in the day but I just can't. I have no idea why I'm always feeling sick in the morning, but I know for a fact I'm not pregnant, my bloodpreassure is normal, I don't have diabetes, I take vitamines daily and I eat a varied diet with plenty of vegetables. I do have a vitamin D defficiency, but i doubt this could be the cause. Any ideas? x

OMG. I think I have the exact same thing...it started out like...5 months ago..and I kept feeling acid in my stomach every morning. When I got up I felt like throwing up, I did throw up for 3 weeks in the morning. I went to the doc and told him about my acidity in my stomach and he put mt on nexium. it helped the acidity, but not the nausea. it has been 5 months, and I still feel SOOOO nauseaus in the morning. But it usually goes away after I eat something.

Really similar here in Milwaukee. I'm 24 and wake up feeling like I might puke, get flush, and really need to sit down. I am nauseous throughout the day, some diarrhea like things occasionally, and has really affected my eating habits (down 10lbs in a week!?). I DO have extrememly bad acid reflux, but I take meds for it and have stopped eating anytime near bed...I have cut down on coffee throughout the day but 75% of it usually subsides by afternoon...
Makes waking up extremely stressful and horrible though.

I've found the only thing that works is really thick Sumatran coffee; just half a cup. No sugar or milk. That brings my appetite back, usually.

I am a 16 year old girl, and I have been experiencing the feeling of being nauseous in the mornings for about 2 years now. This April, I finally went to the doctor, considering I lost 15 pounds in 4 days, because the nausea got so bad I could not eat any meals. While at the doctor he diagnosed me with a Duodenal Ulcer, and I was automatically put on Tecta (Pantoprazole Magnesium Tablets 40mg) and I had to start the ulcer diet (3L of water a day, no coffee, no alcohol, no fried/no spicy food etc.) and the feeling of morning sickness went away. But once I got off my medications, it started coming back. Because the ulcer doesn't really heal, it is always there. Extra sleep would always help too. Plus, taking an Anti-Inflammatory drug to help with the pain or morning sickness won't help at all. My ulcer was caused by the use of Anti-Inflams.

I have had the exact same problem for 9 months now...:P I am 14 years old. At first I felt acidity in my stomach, and it burned SO bad! And i threw up a couple of times in the morning...due to feeling nauseous so, I went to the doc, and he put me on nexium, for 1 week, after that one week, I still felt the acidity. So he prescribed another antiacid medicine...which he put me on for a month, I can not remember the name of. Anyway, after that, the acidity sort of went away, but the nausea didnt. so I threw up a couple of more times within a 6 month period. I still felt nauseous..:( and, I thought I WAS GOING CRAZY! making myself feel sick. So, I went to the doc again and told him that my nausea was still there, and he then scheduled me for an endoscopy...until NOVEMBER -____-...i was like "ure freaking kidding me!!? so...wat the hell am i supposed to do till then? feel sick!?" So i went to another docter and he explained things to me. He said that this could be the start of an ulcer, he pressed down on my tummy area and asked me if it hurt, and yes..it did. Thats when he said "yes, wat we must be dealing with is with hurt stomach lining, wat we need to do is let ure stomach lining fix itself." and he prescribed Ranitidine which i have been on for only a couple of days. And so far... I feel ALOT better :) It also really helpd to know that there are other ppl out there who have the same thing:) now I dont feel crazy :)

I have been living with nausea for 3 years now. I have seen several doctors which yielded no results. It seems whenever you are a woman in her 20's with nausea problems you must have some sort of social disorder or neurosis. I have some tests coming up shortly which I hope will show that there is something wrong. I wake up nauseous and continue on with the nausea until around 2pm. Sometimes the nausea takes over and i am out for a few days with shakes, sweats, dizziness, fainting spells, body and muscle weakness, and vomiting. I really feel like I am living in absolute misery and dislike relying on people to help me. I miss days from my job and have trouble accomplishing tasks. Usually after a "few day attack" I am unable to resume normal activity...my stomach burns, aches, does not digest properly. I have diarrhea, acid reflux, and a constant watering mouth. I have no idea what is going on. Sometimes my fingers go numb easily along with my toes. The last time I went to a speacialist he suggested that he thought nothing was wrong with me and that was just a "phase". Any ideas?

I believe it is stress related and how you handle problems. I've had ulcers since I was 16 yr. old and it started out with morning nausea. Every morning would throw up acid. All I could do was nibble on a piece of bread to help soak up the acid. The doctor gave me medicine and it helped. It took a couple weeks to work, since I still have these symptoms when under alot of stress. It is how your body is responding to it. I'd start with a dr. appt and do things that work for you. There are alot of people that have similar symptoms and just not eat breakfast, take meds, and keep mind focused on other things until afternoon comes...ahhh, relief

I have had nausea every morning for about six months. Most days it comes on me in the shower. Dry heaves if I haven't had anything to eat/drink yet. Liquid if I've had coffee. If I escape the shower with only dry heaves, I vomit while brushing my teeth. Sometimes I am fine the rest of the day but most times I feel weak and achy all day. I do smoke about 1/2pack of cigarettes a day. I tried becoming a vegan for 10 days but the nausea continued as it always has. I feel too weak to exercise and my sleep has been effected. I can't get to sleep at night no matter what time I get up in the morning. I have no health insurance at the moment and this is really effecting my life. Has anyone tried any natural or OTC remedies that have alleviated the symptoms? I am at wits end!
