I AM SORRY TO HEAR THAT SO MANY OF YOU SUFFER FROM THE SAME PAIN AND ANGUISH THAT I GO THROUGH EVERY MORNING, BUT IT IS COMFORTING TO KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. FOR SO LONG, I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST IN MY HEAD, JUST ANXIETY OR NERVES. I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS AND DOCTORS CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.

I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS LAB WORK THAT ALWAYS COMES BACK FINE, THEY HAVE DONE TESTS ON MY GALLBLADDER AND THYROID AND THAT IS ALL NEGATIVE. I'M ANEMIC AND LACTOSE INTOLERANT. CURRENTLY, I AM ON AN ANXIETY MEDICINE, I TAKE IRON PILLS AND OMEPRAZOLE. NONE OF THOSE SEEM TO HELP. I'VE STOPPED EATING PAST A CERTAIN TIME BUT I'M ALWAYS AWAKENED EVERY MORNING BUT THIS NAUSEA. MOST DAYS I'M AWAKE AT 5:30 FROM THIS. SOME DAYS I VOMIT AND OTHER DAYS I JUST HAVE A COUGHING AND GAGGING ATTACK. I HAVE DIARRHEA EVERY MORNING AND I ALWAYS FIGHT CRAMPS, THEY GET REALLY BAD, HOWEVER WHEN I DO VOMIT IT'S EITHER STOMACH BILE OR MY UNDIGESTED FOOD FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE AND SOMETIMES IT WILL HELP BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME IT MAKES IT WORSE. THE DR SAYS MY STOMACH IS FINE, BUT MY FOOD NOT DIGESTING OVER NIGHT IS VERY CONCERNING TO ME. I'VE LANDED IN THE ER 3 OR 4 TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS BECAUSE OF DEHYDRATION. THIS 'DISEASE' IS REALLY DEBILITATING BECAUSE IT TAKES HOURS FOR MY STOMACH TO CALM DOWN, BUT BY LUNCH I CAN EAT A LITTLE BIT.

I TEND TO GO THROUGH PHASES, I NEVER KNOW HOW LONG ONE WILL LAST. LAST MONTH I HAD ONE WHERE I WAS SICK FOR FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT, I COULD BARELY EAT, CONSTANTLY SLEEPING, VERY FATIGUE. IT FEELS LIKE THE FLU BUT I KNOW IT'S NOT. IT ALWAYS SEEMS TO COME AND GO. IT COULD HAPPEN FOR 6 STRAIGHT MONTHS AND THEN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS I'M COMPLETELY FINE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THERE IS NO PATTERN AND I CANNOT PINPOINT IT TO ANYTHING I'M EATING OR DOING. I'M FED UP WITH DOCTORS TELLING ME I'M JUST STRESSED. I AM STARTING TO GET STRESSED OUT THOUGH BECAUSE IT IS STARTING TO INTERFERE WITH MY JOB AGAIN. LAST YEAR I GOT FIRED BECAUSE I WAS SO SICK ALL THE TIME. IT'S VERY HARD TO GET ANYTHING DONE WHEN YOU'RE FEELING SICK ALL THE TIME. I HATE THIS AND I WISH THE DOCTORS COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH US.

Stopped eating gluten for a while and it seemed to help started eating it again and after a month the nausea returned. I've had to call out of work the past 2 days it's been so bad. I'm back off the gluten and gona try not eating in the evenings past 7pm. Ugh this is the worst. I'm 25 and female and not pregnant either. Why are we all so sickly?

I am 17 and I have been feeling nauseous for a few days now. This happens every so often, then it goes away for a few weeks to a month. I've tried Tums, tea, Alka Seltzer, light foods, etc, anything my family and I can think of. Nothing works for me. They all provide only short-term relief (maybe an hour, tops). I am sick and tired of this and I want it to end. Does anybody know of anything that can help me? I'm miserable. Please help me.

Im 20 and i have been getting the nausea feeling everymorning ever since 13. Well its not every morning. Its only on mornings i find myself waking up earlier. even an hour. Now i guess i can make the connection with food. Everytime i eat past 7 i get nauseous, im pretty sure its because of indigestion. So i just have to stick to eating right ( no heavy food too late) and i feel good.

I'm 20 years old and have always had a weak stomach (inherited from my father's side). Lately I've been struggling with my morning nausea, and as many others have stated before, the earlier I get up, the worse I feel. I also wake up at odd times during the night with severe intestinal gripes and nausea. I know for a fact that my weak stomach is exacerbated by my panic disorder. I no longer have panic attacks thanks to cognitive behavioural therapy but stress is a major issue in my life. My doctor prescribed beta blockers, just to help me knock the stress down a few pegs so I can cope. I'm very anti intense bouts of medication so these work best for me. Unfortunatly though, the bottom line is that you need to get rid of the stress before you can be sure there is somethng medically wrong with you - which is close to impossible to do.

Keep on keeping on, guys.

I am 13 years old and have been having nausea for the past couple months.  i don't know if it is the  sun for this has been happening during the summer. i have also found that the sun has been making it worse and less sleep than normal is not good eather.  I have found that having a sleep rutine has helped too.  my doctor and parents think this is just a virus but then why has it lasted this long?  will i be able to enjoy 8th grade year????

Im 13 years old and alot of the times i want to kill myself. The nausea started back about last year after i had a band concert at a CVS pharmacy I became very weak and i didnt even say goodbye to my friends i just left. In doing so when i got home i threw up once. Thats where all my problems and symptoms started after that day. I thought it was because i drank a little bit of tea and the acid made my stomach upset, but that coudnt of been the case. So for the next MONTH i began to have Nasea EVERY MORNING OF MY LIFE. Sometimes i actually did throw up and i never ate breakfast anymore. After a while my parents thought it was time to see my doctor. I had some blood drawn and some testing done and everything seemed fine. Now a year later this very morning i feel the nausea and i do either take a Zantech or Prevacid and on occasions Nexium for when i feel really really bad. I need some help from real people and real professionals and i have one question. Is ACID REFLUX hereditary because both of my parents have it pretty bad. but they have it under control? If so let me know!

I am 16 years old and I've had similar problems recently!

Every morning I feel really nauseous and I feel hungry but sick at the same time. It feels like if I were to eat anything then I would throw up. Again, as other people have mentioned, it only happens when I wake up early (before school etc) and at weekends it's fine. Honestly, it is draining and i'm glad to see i'm not the only one experiencing this. I only seem to be able to drink water or something in the morning.

At school the other day I had had lunch and was in my lesson when I suddenly became really lightheaded, extremely pale, very dizzy and had a cold sweat all over, it felt like I could've fainted at any moment. I honestly have no idea why this happened and I have never had this before, could the fact that I was on my period have anything to do with it? They are relatively heavy and quite painful, especially on the first day.

I will try eating crackers in the morning like you have suggested and tea. Fingers crossed (YN)

I would wish this on nobody!

Guest wrote: I had the same problem about a year ago. My internal doc refer me to a gastrologist who told me there was a bacteria infection that was spreading inside my stomach that can cause cancer if I don't get ride of it. Was put on a pill for 14 days and the vomit mystery was solved. There can be other cause, but I highly recommend anyone going through this seek a gastrologist. They pretty much takes a camera down to your stomach to see the real thing and take small samples. Procedure only took 30 min and you're knocked out. Hope this help.

Have the same problem like everyone here. Vomit for 4 months and lost 10 lbs. No one knew why until my internal doc refer me to a gastrologist who took a camera down my throat and collect small sample in my stomach (painless, you are knocked out for 30 min). They found a bacteria that can potentially caused cancer if its spread and become sever as I age. Was given pills to kill all the bacteria inside my body for 14 days. It worked. No morning sickness and was given a stomach medicine for gas problem if I ever feel dizzy. This seems to work for me a lot and thank god.  It took a about 1 month after treatment to feel completely cure. Note there can be all kind of other issue. There are times where I vomit in the morning because I barely sleep at night and wake up feeling exhausted and dizzy. You're body needs rest especially if you have stomach or low blood pressure issue. You really need to watch your diet and make sure you eat 3 times a day as well. Especially in the morning. Also taking care of that white blood cell. Every time you are ill your immune system is weak and caused white blood cell to dropped. Eating yogurt and berries seems to help me. Hope this help some of you and a few trip to the docs office.
