Hello, I am 37 years old and I am afraid that my kid will have the same medical problem I suffer from. I want to say that my insomnia might be something he will have to endure later in life. Is that possible? Can it be prevented somehow? Do you know?
Honestly, I am not sure that insomnia might be inherited, since the causes are psychological in nature. Stress, anxiety, working at night, not living healthy, those are all some of the possible causes of insomnia. I suppose that he might be prone to this condition, but if he learns to live healthy, I suppose there should not be any problem later in life.
