I get frequent cuts on my labia major or in the crease with minimal bleeding. Feels like a paper cut. I am not currently active due to unrelated health issue. What would be causing these? I have a very few pubic hairs that are actually growing inside the labia major. Would that be the cause and is this common in menopausal and post menopausal women? It's very painful even when blotting with toilet paper or a soft wet cloth.
Ok. I am now 52 and noticed that my right labia (the crease) was bleeding. Thought I over did it somehow. But now about two weeks later, I wiped and ouch...its bleeding again. Now, granted by husband and I love each other VERY much, but with his diabetic issues, the sex drive has greatly dimished. I am OK with this, but I mentioned this so I do not get anyone to think it's sex related. Freaked me out. My varginia is fine. I needed mosture fast, so neosporin was my choice and it seems to work. But, why is my labia bleeding? Thanks for your thoughts.
