Hi I'm 18 and I have hard sores on the lips of my vigina. 3 of them occurred 5weeks later after having sex, at 1st I popped it some white stuff and blood came out than it went away. Its so painful when I touch it. Its embarrassing for me to go to a doctor

Go to the doctor.
Embarrassing or not, that is the best solution. It may be a sebaceous cyst (oil gland). We can't tell for sure without an exam.
