hi!
I have BMI of 29;I intend to try xinical to loose weight because I am tired of all the useless diets I have tried.I've read that Xinical should be be taken with meals that contain no more than about 30% of calories from fat,or else it won't have an effect. The problem is that I don't know how to measure what I should eat;I really don't understand!!So can someone please simplify things for me and give me a diet to follow.
I'd appreciate any help ;-)
thanks :-D

Hi there,
Have you tried eliminating refined sugars from your diet, as well as cutting all starchy and yeasty foods? If you want to loose weight, this is a surefire way to do it, plus you'll be getting healthier for it.
What diets have you tried? Are you smoking, drinking? Do you exercise? Be very careful when trying to loose weight with medications or off the shelf pills. If you don't have a medical reason for being overweight then having smaller meals and making healthier decisions will go a long way...but its a slow painful process.

well yes I did. I a don't smoke nor drink,as for exercising unfortunately I don't have time to go to gym because I work and study at the same time;By the time I get home I find myself exhausted.
What I hate most is that once I stop my diet I gain more weight than I have lost!!!!

Unfortunately you may just need to stay on the diet. I've personally been on a sugar and yeast free diet for almost a year and man it kills me, but I have to do it.
Also your body needs exercise, however possible you must find time to do this. It can be as simple and 30 jumping jacks a day to start, but you really need to do something. Medications are not the way.
