It simply means a boy hasn't had sex yet. There's no way to medically tell if a boy is a virgin.

Well I am not sure how old are you and have you have any sexual experience yet, but virginity in boys is same as with the girls. You lose your virginity when you have your first sexual intercourse with a girl. So as you can see boys and girls are not different when it comes to losing virginity. Why are you asking this? Have you have any difficulties with sexual experiences? It would be good to talk to someone older with more experience.
