Hi I am 15 years old 5 11 and 154 pounds I work out drink a lot of milk and eat a apples but I don't really know what foods i need to eat daily to keep growing I keep looking for answers but no body seems to know how much I need and what I need to eat any help?

Milk and apple is good for you are kids. Just stay away from junk food...
You'll continue to grow and develop until your 20, so you need lot of protein so plenty of meat, fish, baked beans etc... Basically you need to avoid sugary foods because if your wanting to gain muscle sugar is really bad for that!
