One morning I had a massive period pain, but I'm not sure whether I have started or not? a little blood has come before but I'm not sure whether its period blood or just blood.
Did you check with a doctor yet? If you're having pains that you can't stand, I possibly could be blood. Check for a color in your blood or a texture. I'm not very good at this, but good luck!
