Hi there! I am 17, male! Some days ago I noticed weird little lumps underneath the foreskin.
I asked my older brother if he had them as well and he said no, but that he heard of these little pimples called something like Fordyce or something. What are they and is there a way to treat them!
Those little spots you found are called 'Fordyce's spots' and they are completely normal for teenagers and usually no treatment is necessary. It would be best if you didn’t pick or squeeze them and to maintained good hygiene. All this considering you haven’t had unsafe sex cos these 'Fordyce's spots' are usually confused with genital warts which is a STD cos they are very similar. Warts usually ‘attack’ the head of the penis but can involve the shaft of the penis and scrotum as well. If this is the case, you should pay a visit to an urologist to determine where the lumps are coming from!!!
My 10 year old boy has had 3 penis infections and can't retract his foreskin, here in the states, I can't find anyone who can help...any advise?

BensMom, I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your son. I think that the inability to retract his foreskin is likely causing his penile infections. Which specialists have you seen about this? I assume that you've taken him to see doctors but I'm curious to know whether you have or not. I know it's got to be a frustrating situation to be in so I hope that you find a resolution for it soon. Please keep us posted!
hi
im very curious to know if he is circumsised cause this may be a very good option to take as i would stop the trouble of retracting the foreskin but my only concer is that of his age
have you tryed gradually pulling it back further and further ???
keep me posted

BensMom,
Are you still around?? What did you do in the end?
If you are still having problems, do a google search for a Dr Peter Ball of Norm-UK and send him an email. He'll be happy to give you some good advice.
