i need it !!!! i have some bumps on my balls and it itches and has flaky skin and now the head and shaft of my penis is now dry and the head of my penis has flaky skin i don't know what it is and ive been having it for a very long time ive tried out a lot of things but it doesn't really help i don't know what it is and i really need help please !!!
