If the male penis was precumming, then after a while later wipes up the penis to make it dry, can the female still be able to get pregnant if you have intercoarse without a condom?

If you talking about the substance that comes out of the Cowpers gland then no, there is no sperm in cowpers glands secretions. After researching pregnancy for fun (lol) I come across a bunch of posters asking if "precum" had seman in it. After looking at various internet sites I was still unsure. I then decided to try a site my college uses that has tons of scientific journals. I searched for the Cowpers gland and came across this

"Cowper gland secretions contain no sperm. These findings are confirmed in a study which demonstrated smears of pre-ejaculatory Cowper’s gland secretion obtained during foreplay from at least two different occasions, and semen samples after masturbation. None of the pre-ejaculatory samples contained sperm, while all the patients had sperm in routine sperm analyses. It has been shown that pre-ejaculatory fluid secreted at the tip of the urethra from Cowper’s gland during sexual stimulation does not contain sperm (Zukerman et al., 2003)."

When people are referring to the cowpers gland secretion as precum, there is no seman in it. Hope this clears some stuff up

As a 53 year old and still fertile male, condoms work well if used properly, very properly. The right shape and with all of the air removed and holding the condom in place when you withdraw is the right way. If you ever discover that your condom is comming off you are doing something wrong. It is possible that her PC muscles are strong enough to pull it off. Be responsible, check that it is still there once in awhile. Use a condom with a spermicide, a MUST. For extra protection have her use a sponge. Double the protection. My personal experience is to stay away from hormones, no man cah understand what they can do to a woman. Barrier and spermicide has worked for this 53 year old man.

to the guest who suggested that cowper's fluid does not contain sperm cells. you are correct however you failed to mention that sperm cells can get picked up in pre-cum from a previous ejaculation. if someone ejaculates and then does not urinate afterwards and sometime later gets excited and produces pre-cum then the pre cum will pick up left over semen still in the urethra and therefor contain sperm cells which could lead to pregnancy

I also had my youngest son while on birth control pills. He has genetic problems that dont run in my family. I blame it on the birth control, but my dr says otherwise. I just believe since she ordered the prescription she is savin her butt. I still believe the pill caused my sons problems. He has williams syndrome no one in the family has this.

The Birth rate for William's Syndrome is quite rare, about 1 in 7,500. So it is possible that the condition does run in your family and it just has not presented until now. The condition is also relatively new. It was first identified in 1961. Therefore, some one in your family prior to the discovery of it could have had it as well and just been mis-diagnosed, if at all. The only reason I say this is because there are no conclusive studies that link genetic disorders to oral contraceptives.

What if you were on your ovulation, will precum outside your vagina (or worse case scenario, in the lips of your vagina) make you pregnant?

pre cum can get you pregnant. anything that comes from a mans penis is dangerous. if he is clean and you know it then wat eva comes out his penis is not always dangerous.

If that's what you think, then you're sadly mistaken. I personally was conceived while my mother was on birth control. I also know of at least 6 or 7 other people who were born under the same circumstances. In fact, my best friend is expecting a son right now and his wife is obsessive about taking her pill every day. Fact is, while it's 99-99.9% effective, that still says that 1 out of every 100-1000 times you have sex, you're likely to conceive, depending on the contraceptive used. Birth control is not a sure-fire thing. It won't absolutely work every single time.

Williams syydnrome is a genetic disorder, so it doesnt have to run in your family. It wasn't caused by the birth control, sorry.
