Hi I read all the bad reviews and was going to cancel mine but thought everyone is different and I couldn't cope with the heavy painful periods so went ahead with it I'm 3 weeks in and I don't regret it at all I had cramping and very light watery blood which seemed to go after 2 weeks then it came back today brownish discharge but my periods due on Friday I'm wondering if that's to do with it but I'm feeling ok I think you shouldn't read into it to much , it can take upto 3 months to heal good luck

I had my novasure and tubal ligation 5 days ago (Thursday morning). I must say I am very happy so far. I had slight cramping and stomach tenderness right after the procedure and for the following day or so. The doctor gave me a percoset before I left the hospital and tylenol 3 for at home. I went home and slept most of the day Thursday. I bled for the remainder of the day after the procedure but by the 2nd day bleeding had stopped completed (could be because I was on the last day of my period when I had the procedure). I think I took a tylenol 3 on Friday morning because of the stomach tenderness, but could have gone without it. Today is Monday and I am 100% pain free. Even my stomach tenderness is gone. The worse part for me was the sore throat from the breathing tube from the anesthesia. I would recommend this procedure.
