Hi! well my friend is about 5"6 and she weighs about 140lbs so thats close to your weight!! I think its an average weight. she also has a lot of muscle from doing cheer and muscle weighs more than fat so yeah... And your weight also has to do with your height cause I'm 5 feet (yes I know i'm short) and i weigh about 115lbs which i dont think is that bad either.
You don't need to lose weight... from what you've told us, i think it's a pretty decent size. Who cares what other people say, you don't wanna be a stick! it doesn't matter this size of your clothes, it's the size of your heart that matters

For starters, you are 15. You are still growing and changing and your horomones just kicked in. If you are concerned with weight now is a great time to start a healthy lifestyle...no dieting. I am 5'6 and my ideal weight when I looked and felt my best was 138-140. I just had my second child and I am twice your age. I did not have a healthy lifestyle because I never had to worry about what I ate but I wish I had started this a little earlier. If you are concerned with your weight then here is what you need to do to be healthy. Exercise 1-2 hrs a day EVERY day. Do about 30-45 minutes of cardio. I speed walk the track, it gets your heart rate at the weight loss point and won't burn muscle. Then lift light weights with multiple reps alternating days for legs and arms. Do abs everyday. Here is the meal plan that will keep you happy without killing you: Breakfast within one hour of waking. A couple of hours later eat some fruit then lunch with protien. I eat a salad with no dressing and half of a chicken breast on it. Then my afternoon snack is a protien shake (Special K), dinner is the same as lunch and if you get hungry before bed, eat a light snack within two hours before bed. Stop eating carbs (pasta, bread and potatoes), sugar, soda and drink LOTS of water. I have been on my back to pre baby weight track for two weeks now and I have managed to drop 14 lbs. Now, I do have 60 lbs to lose so this will come of faster at the beginning but in your case you really don't have weight to lose. I think just toning will make you feel better. But please, for your health and happiness DO NOT DIET. You are too young to be worried with something that you don't need to be. I have a good friend who is the same height as me and is seriously in a size zero and my husband thinks she looks sick because she is too thin. Guys don't want girls who are sticks...of course they don't want their girl to be fat. But dress for your body shape, eat right and exercise. You will feel better mentally and physically. im 14 and i weigh about 60 kilos ,i say im on a diet,but i can never keep it up,i always find myself snaking on chocolatte,or drinking cocacola! :/ ur not overweight,ur absalutly fine,evry1 comes difrent shaoes and sizes,the world would be a weird and horrible flace if we were all as slim as barbies and as prettie as models,people that are overweigh,sometimes its a good thing,alot fo boys out there are into girls with curvs,then u do get some that are into smiler girls,but u have oto be cerfulll not to get too slim,no one whants to hug a bone with no fat on it.. im not fat,im chubby,i complane im fat,cuz my friends are alot skinnier than me, i just have to loos my baby fat that i have,im guess that what u have,it will probs go away when ur older,if not,maybe just tone ur body a bit xx but i bet u are beutifulll no matter what size u are :) xx
well 145 is not that much but u are over weight for your age so am i! im 15 too and im a hefer! we are the same height and the weight for a 15 year old girl who is 5'6-5'7 should weigh around 120-125 or a little less u dont wanna weigh too less because that is unhealthy to but a good way to loose weight is in the mornings EAT BREAKFAST!!!!!! and make sure it is healthy like egg whites something with a lot of protien if u dont eat breakfast it slows down ur mitabilism and u gain weight like crazy! and for lunch eat like salad or fruit or chicken watch ur portions! dont eat a lot just bc u still have food on ur plate doesnt mean ur hungry sit there for a little bit let ur body tell u not ur brain and for dinner again something with low calories and protien and dont drink a drink with ur food u can drink 30min before u eat or 30 min after its not healthy to drink and eat and also work out as much as u can with it
