Suspicious density is seen in the right upper lobe. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is unremarkable. Both hemidiaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. No other remarkable chest findings noted.
Hello,
well first, for anyone to be able to answer your question with the right information, you should provide more details like - what was the test these results came from (to me it sounds like it was an x-ray, but can't say for sure) and why was the test done. This is only guessing, but it sounds to me like you had a chest x-ray, and the results say there is a suspicious mark in one of your lung lobes. That could indicate various things, from pneumonia and tuberculosis infections to numerous other conditions.
