There is no 'normal' size for a 14 year old boys penis - at this age he will be starting puberty, and all boys develop at different speeds. 3 1/2 inches is perfectly normal. Bodies change considerably during puberty, and it may be several years before his penis reaches its adult size. Just let nature take its course. ;-) John
Well man, I'm 13 getting ready to turn 14, and I am exactly 5 inches. So, I'm not sure. I hope this helped!
