Pretty much everyone does one or the other, but what is worse for you. They both can cause damadge but in different ways.

Hi moemoe i would say weed is far worse unless your massively overweight on verge of heart attack coca cola is fine in moderation, never heard of anyone getting lung cancer or empthasema from drinking coke they normally just turn in to lards that is i mean if you cane the stuff everyday hope this helps.

LMFAO coke is way worse. it literally destroys your teeth and insides. put a nail in coke and it turns to nothing. put a nail in your weed and you get a nail in your weed.
Weed doesn't cause lung cancer or emphysema. I'm an ultra marathon runner and a stoner. Coca-cola is much worse: diabetes, obesity, tooth decay, etc. Weed is pretty much harmless and often helpful.
