:thumbsup: Inspirational stuff, guys. I've run very few times since early August (last race & when I started taking anxiety/depression medication.) Seems that I sleep 10-13 hours per night and don't get out to run in the early a.m., my prime time and window of opportunity. I am now (*sob*) a non-runner. I think what KEPT me running before was the stress-relief I got -- now I'm Neutral Woman and don't have the same troubles nipping at my heels. Sucks in a way. :/ I really miss running and vow to begin again.
