If i want to relax more, regulate breathing, and build muscle?

Start by lifting light weights at a gym that will give you a bit of a muscle and also allows you to relieve some stress so you will feel relaxed after a good workout. Doing some cardio on the side will help to strengthen your lungs and help your breathing so that you aren't tired as fast (builds endurance).

to get more relaxed you should also do breathing exercises it will help you alot
