Hey you need a balanced diet. Do not simply fast it will make you more prone to that. Start by eating less oil and carbohydrates meal. Do not eat at once, eat on regular time period after some regular intervals. Do some exercise to give it a push to burn some fat. I think a normal workout will suffice, you do not have do a heavy exercise. Running is the best workout.
