Hello there,

I have to admit that all this time I was reading the posts from this site, and I never posted anything in here. It is pretty much weird, because I really do have a lot of questions. So, I will start with my first question :)

Yesterday, my husband bought toning shoes for running. He didn’t know that those are toning shoes, he just looked at it and the girl told him to buy them. I was surprised when I saw it, but now, I have to say that I really do like them. There is only one difference :) I really don’t want to buy some, just to have it. I want to know what toning shoes you will recommend for weight loss?Thank you!

Is it me or those toning shoes are really poplar lately? :) OK, I think that there is no definition which toning shoes you can chose :) It is really simple, you choose one that are best for you that fits you. That is all! There are a lot of different models and pairs on the market, and you can chose whichever you love or like, because, they are pretty much the same :)

So, if you want to have them, try a couple of pairs and see what is best for you.I am sure that you are going to find one that you love.

I couldn’t agree with you more. The best option is to try some of them and you will see what is the best for you. A few days ago, I was talking with my cousin Samantha and she told me that she just love skechers shape ups toning soes, because they are so comfortable. So, maybe you should think about it when you want to buy some. I don’t know a lot about brands, but I do know that reebok also has some amazing shoes :)

A few months ago I did some research about those toning shoes. I think that Cogent brand is really good for the first pair of shoes. They are really impressive, they are black and they have so good and cool design. I think that you can walk in them like forever, and they are good for your lower body. Of course, you should do you regular routine, your should exercise 3 to 5 times a week. I am pretty sure that you will see results soon. With some good diet program, you will be thrilled!
