Hi,I'm really confused about the effect of orthokeratology when I stop wearing it.Will it return to the original state ,get worse or get better? In another words, can the orthokeratology prevent myopia?
I got a near sight of 400 when i was in primary school and worn the orthokeratology until mow in college. Now ,i'm going to study abroad,so that would be a difficult problem when i'm abroad.I have to stop weaing it and pick up glasses again.I think it's a challenge for me to be adapt to the changes.

If you stop wearing your orthokeratology, it will return to the state it already was. The thing is that the effects are temporary so after a few days your eyes will return back to normal so you will have to stop wearing them. I'm sure it won't be easy but you will be able to handle it. Does that help you at all?
