Hi, I am 25 years old male and I am training body building for some time already. I have consulted my very good friend about training program and he made me one which had great impact on my body. I have developed big muscle groups very soon but I have noticed my muscles are not reacting as well as it was on the beginning. I would like to know when I am I supposed to change programs.

Hi, as you are not so experienced body builder you would change your program when you see that your muscles are not reacting positively any more. It means that you are not gaining muscle mass. In such situation you need to change your program in order to shock your muscles and to increase their gaining.
