Hi, I have given birth 10 days ago and everything passed just fine. Few days after delivery I felt tired but now I feel that my energy is back. As I was very active before and during my pregnancy I would like to know when it would be the best for me to start exercising again.
Hi, I have also wanted to start exercising as soon as possible after I born my baby. I have consulted my doctor about it and he told me it would be the best one month after delivery because your organism needs some time to back to normal stage. In the first time do not make some heavy exercise but try to stretch your self and start with aerobic exercises.
