My last cycle was nov 8 2012 I am now 20 weeks pregnant according to my ultra sound I missed my cycle in dec considering I missed my cycle in dec would I be considered pregnant the first and second week during pregnancy when I counted 20 weeks back it was dec6

The best thing for you to do is ask this to your doctor. Ultrasound is pretty good at dating but that is a month off. My ultrasounds showed a week off and my OB said whatever we are going with the first day of your last period - that is usually more sound. Your doctor should also be able to go by how big your belly is according to the month you are in.

Yea it's weird but I've gotten an ultra sound every month since jan 3 but their dates aren't adding up with mine when it comes to my cycle and the dates I had sex but I go back on the 29 of April and they're going to take all the measurements
Hopefully they can get to the bottom of it. If you still don't get a date really set by the end I would go with your first day of your period and go from there, if you have the baby soon after or so obviously that date. If not then somehow something went wrong and immaculate conception?!
Oh did I mention they initially gave me a due date of sept 19 and sept 5
It may change again. Frustrating huh?
