My 18 year old's ex-girlfriend delivered a child on Jan 30th. At the time she was 37 weeks along. I just want to know when she conceived. Some things are confusing and I just want to make sure the responsibility of commitment falls correctly.

You're not going to be exact. 37 weeks would be May 16, 2011. That doesn't mean that they had sex that day.
You really need to also know when her last menstrual period was and when she ovulated.
If there is any doubt in paternity a DNA test is the only way to confirm what you're trying to find out.
