Lets not go to the point of calling him a cheater. Usually an infection comes from bacteria... you have a kind of bacteria and your husband another. It takes one shot for some kind of bacteria to be transfered to you and disrupt your balance. For instance if I don't go pee after I had sex with my boyfriend, I get urinary infection, it's not because he cheats on me... but because the bacteria always end up in my bladder.
If you know he is a cheater than why do you ask if he is a cheater? And why are you still with him? If he cheats he must not love you has much has he says. You deserve way better. :)

He doesn't have to be a cheater but if you have been diagnosed with it from the first time you both should have been get treated not only you because if you gets treated and he did not you'll always will having this problem especially when u both r having unprotected sex.
