I got my toncils out about a week and a coupple days ago and i am all i want too do is be in is cold water. I want to go swimming but my mother is scared that it is to soon. Help me Plz what do you think. Can i go swimming yet or do i have to weight longer? I will only be gently getting in and kinda floating in it!
I never heard there was any reason not to go swimming afterwards. The only problem I had from it was not being able to keep the water from coming in through my nose because they took my adenoids out too. That screwed up my abillity to close off my nose naturally from inside my throat. It took me months to be able to play my trumpet again because the air just came my nose and I have always had to wear a nose clip when swimming or pinch my nose with one hand when jumping in.
