I'm 13 and i do have black pubic hair on my testicals and around my penis, (all different sizes) Im a male btw, and I get teased for not being as tall as other people. I do have underarm and chest hair but they are blond and about 1/2 a centermetre, have i hit puberty yet? And if so what is the average time for a growth spurt to happen in my case? Over time my pubic hair around penis has grown.
Yes you hit puberty & usually for boys its from ages 10-14 when you get a growth spurt

They are not long but I have alot of them.

Hmm, doubt the 13 y.o. is the one with 7 inches. Anyway, sometime right around when your penis starts growing you should see a growth spurt, maybe a little afterwards.
