Hi, I need somebody to share some experience or knowledge with me. I am going to the gym for a year now. But I am not satisfied with my progress. I am not bulking enough. At least, it doesn't show as much as I would like to. Can you tell me which food should I use to bulk?
If you don't see the progress in bulking that can be in correlation with some mistakes in your exercise plan, it doesn't mean that it is due to food. But anyway I will tell you which kind of food is called"bulk food". Those are baked foods, cereals, vegetables, coffee, dairy products, fruit, jams, nuts, rice, dried fruit, beans etc.
