Have you had oral? Sounds like genital herpes. Try googling it and see if the images resemble what you have....best to see a doc while its present so they can assess it.

I have the same thing, I think it's normal/supposed to be there. I've had it since I was born and only became sexually active this year but I'm still a virgin. It's right on the tip and is very sensitive and it's not a spot because if I try to pop it, it is very painful, so it must be apart of my clitoris. I don't think there's anything wrong with it . I hope this helped and I'm pretty sure your doctor would say you are fine too.
