I found it today. Its a bit smaller than a pimple. It looks like a whitehead but its hard and wont pop. I have never noticed it before and it doesnt cause any problems at all. There is also only one. Its on the inside of my labia.

Sounds like a Cyst, don't panic. I have them too. I was worried it was a wart or something, but had a smear and a check up and was told all was fine down there!
Get it checked to put your mind at rest. I don't think you can get rid of them and forgot to ask, I was so pleased it wasn't anything nasty. So if you find out how to get rid of them, please share.
