I've had this bump for problably about 4-5 months and can figure out what it is I bite the skin off the top but it just bleeds and it won't heal it just calluses up and then just looks disgusting and feels like wax frozen on my finger I can't type or talk on the phone because it hurts real bad please help and it's not I cyst I don't think please help and tell me what t.is I'm only 13 people I don't want sergery I hate sharp things pokin around it hurts enough when I touch it
