Hi. I am 19 years old. I have these 2 small bumps pimple-like bumps on my testicle sack that will no go away. I have had them for almost 2 years now with no pain whatsoever. If I try to pop them, I usually have no luck. They just get sore and red and won't pop. I tried poking a needle in it and it did nothing besides bleed. After I did that, they scabbed up from the pokes after I put neosporin on it. I looked at it 3 days later, and one of them popped and the other just swole in the immediate area, kind of like when you get stung by something... how it swells in the area. It's been this way for almost 4 days now and I think I may have either popped a blood vessel or the pimple-like thing inside my skin. Should I be worried about this? The other one is sore, but slowly healing. I have looked up "scyberous cysts" and it seems close to what I might have, but I wanna make sure. And light shed on the subject would be more than appreciated. I'm really starting to get nervous about the one that is now swollen. Or have I just really screwed up and going to kill myself now? They are just clogged pores like you get on your face. Just look different, may even be called something different. You will be fine buddy. I know exactly what you are talking about and have squeezed squeezed squeezed til i had bruises there the size of my thumbs. Sometimes even put fingernails right below it and squeeze. Sometimes pop, sometimes not. But always hurts like a B...
PS. Ive showed a Doctor before. Nothing abnormal.
