A few Months back around January i noticed i have a blister on the shaft of my penis on the bottem right and as time progressed i did what anybody would do i popped it and a few days later it went away, of course naturally i was worried so i went to a Infectious Disease doctor and got tested, i came out positive for herpes, a week later i went back and the doctor told me the nurse had told us without his consent and that he really didint think it was herpes that it was just an infection so i got taken off the medicine and left concerned. Now almost 6 months later i have what looks like white skin shedding and little white pimples on the head of my penis mostly where my foreskin connects to the head of the penis, i am very concerned. It occasionally itches mildly but that would be the only thing. I dont know whether it is an infection or Herpes. What can it be?

It's o.k. I get bumps that look like eyeballs. I talk to them. They are my friends.
