I have the same thing the last 10 years this is bothered me I am 63 years old widowed and I have no partner. So I have nothing to do with sex. I always clean myself well but sometimes I wonder if it's the toilet paper that gets in around and some even around the lips. It just recently I was in the shower and clean myself off to get it all off but the shower head cuz I know if I rub it and stuff it hurts. Now I have something like cold sores or that herpe virus sores which I have not had for a long time and I have been on antibiotics for a sinus infection so I'm wondering if it is a yeast infection I see my doctor this week.

I was never taught to clean under the hood that covers my clit. I often get white stuff all over my clit but it doesnt help that i no longer pee from my urethra so i don't wipe my vagina unless i take a shower. Thanks for the advice!! I will start to clean under the hood every night when i take a shower.

So, most people need to be sure to clean under and around their clit in the shower or bath. The build up is normally white and it’s just skin cells and debris (like lint maybe) but I have a different problem and can’t find anything online. Maybe 5 yrs ago, I used to be able to squeeze my clit tip and a little bit of “stuff” would come out. Like a pimple but now, I can’t get anything out. The problem is that my clit is hard all the time and uncomfortably sensitive and I can actually squeeze it and change it’s shape—like it’s a stress ball or something

Continued: It’s been this way maybe 2 years and stays like this constantly. It’s paler than the rest of my vulva and seems like it needs popped or something! Even tho that makes no sense. It’s almost too sensitive and I just want it back to normal.

Continued: I’ve been tested and don’t have any sti’s. I’m still menstruating, it doesn’t itch or burn or bother me in general until it’s touched. It’s not exactly pleasurable now—it’s too sensitive and not in a good way but in a “it wants to run away from touch” kind of way. No clue what is going on.

Sometimes I get this white stuff all over my vagina, and I can't wipe it off, and it hurts and itches too. I was wondering what it is?
