Iam 16 years old and i've been smoking for about siwx months now i ually only smoke on occasion.
About a month ago me and my cousin were smoking weed and i started to feel real weird my heart started beating fast my face was tingling and my became really dry i thought i was going to die so my mother carried me to the hospital where the doctor told me that i caught an anxiety attack. Days after I was still getting chest pains and a rapid heart rate so i did like the doctor told me to do and took moltrin which did not help.
About two weeks after I woke up in the middle of the night and my heart was beating really fast and i felt like i was trembling inside so my mom took me to the hospital again where a next doctor just told me that i was okay and to just keep taking moltrin whenever my chest hurt. Weeks later the cheat pain and rapid heart rate continued so i went to a doctor who just told me that at my age a lot of activity occurs in the chest so that is the probable cause and he recommended i do a blood test which i did. The chest pains continued followed by lightheadedness headaches and weakness so i went to see anext doctor who said i was having palpitations and recommended i do a ekg and a chest x ray to determine the cause. I came back a week later after having done these tests The chest x ray, ekg, and blood test all came back good . This has left me extremely confused and worried i think everyday is my last whenever i feel lightheaded which is usually everyday and recently my stomach has started to make strange noises followed by pain i havent smoked weed since my anxiety attack which was about a month and 14 days ago. I have also been researching symptoms on the internet these last couples of week can someone please help me feel like i'am going crazy Sometimes my heart beat is as fast as 108 bpm please help
First off, you cannot catch an anxiety attack. Second, smoking has weekend your body. The anxiety attack was more then your body could handle. Thirdly, you cant treat emotional pain on the physical level. You have to treat emotional pain on the emotional level. Anxiety is a troublesome state composed of many emotions. I had a similar yet more mild experience in which the doctors could find nothing wrong. When I went to a naturopathic doctor, she was able to help identify the emotional causes of my chest pain, which was primarily anger. Then when I had a healing crisis, the same emotions came up. Anger, which was held from childhood, manifested in intense ways that kept me from from fully participating in physical activities and also would come at just the right moment so i could skip a particular class in school. I was able to get past this by releasing these emotions, and I believe you can to. I recommend finding someone who can help identify what emotions are coming up and help you clear them. It is obviously something big, and your body is trying to get your attention. Listen to it. Learn what your ment to learn so that you can clear the disharmonies and move on. Above all, get the help you need. You need someone to help you learn to understand your body. I reccomend someone who uses muscle testing or can read your bodies energies. Some things i have done to help in this process include rapid eye technology, the emotion code, body talk, eft, acupuncture, herbology and iridology. There are many other things to try that are simple and enjoyable. Take a look in the field of energy medicine and find something that works for you. Let me know how it goes by leaving a reply post and I can give you some specific advice on what you find.
