I heard that so many girls that want to have their virginity broken at the age of 16-18yrs old. My question is why do girls need to do that. Can any one give me an answer for my questions.
It just happens. most girls want it gone because other girls lost theirs and some think that they are in a close enough relationship that they can but some cant control themselves and they just want the D
It's not a phenomenon or unknown thing. Girls and guys both lose their virginity when they feel ready for their first experience.
Of course it is not unknown! Otherwise the question would not be asked like that
However it is not always true that "Girls and guys both lose their virginity when they feel ready for their first experience." Many do so because of pressure - peer pressure or partner pressure.Some do it to rebel. Some do it because they are led to believe they are missing out, but don't realise what they forfeit thereby.

I think it's because they are young and don't know any better. They think they need to have it done as a badge of maturity. Also there is the problem of nature's programming to want sex at that age to reproduce, which was useful when human life expectancy was about 30, but it's no longer useful in today's society. In fact having a baby at that young age is rather counter productive.
We are so good (advanced?) at everything else but what passes for sex-ed in our schools is atrocious.
I'm not saying a girl should remain a virgin until marriage, that's a personal choice.

Im 18 years old, and i lost my virginty at 15 (Not that i wanted it, it was forced) However, its not true that MANY girls want thier virginity taken at 16-18. Alot of girls just want to loose it to someone they actually care about.
The comments above are right about peer presure, Peer pressure affects people in different ways, and some people have better ways of handling it.
Some girls have sex at this age because they see there friends doing it, or they dont see the harm in it, or some girls do it just to fit in with the crowd.
The truth is girls who do this always get judged as slags or s**ts, tbh who knows what goes on behind closed doors? they might be doing it because they dont recieve love so there doing it to feel love? Some girls might just not want a relationship
