i have a healthy weight, and i exercise often and try to eat healthy.
but i feel like no matter what i do i cant feel calm/focused for most of the time, and i'm getting angry because no one seems to be able to tell me why, and it is effecting my life majorly.
i often feel really bloated after eating, and sometimes get pain in my stomach. sometimes i feel like i overeat, but i don't know if i actually am or not.
i just feel extremely irritable and uneasy soo often, and its driving me crazy, i just dont know whats wrong with me! i feel like i cant even concentrate on my homework when i feel like this, and it's making me extremely stressed and angry.
i want to go to a dietitian to make sure i am eating correctly, but i thought i ate pretty healthy, and better than most people.... so why should i have to control what i eat so much!?
ive tried yoga, running most days, and eating less... when i eat less in a way i feel better, and i dont feel as irritable, except its hard to eat too little, because then i am hungry all the time and think about food!
i might have ibs, but idk if this is the problem... i also used to have an eating disorder, but i dont think its just psychological, and i think this problem may have even contributed towards me developing an eating disorder.

i am under a very high stress period at the moment, so this could be a contributing factor.

You could also be suffering food intolerance symptoms. I have some food intolerances and when I consume things like wheat, corn or certain fruits and vegetables, I get stomach and mental symptoms like anxiety, irritability, mental slowness and confusion etc. REsearch food intolerances and see if it's a possibility in your case.

Hey guys, you guys probably have either acid build up or a gluten allergy problem. First, try taking a few over the counter medicine to reduce the acid build up for a few days. If this doesn't work, try staying away from gluten by not consuming it. Read the labels, eat a gluten free lifestyle.
