Why do I get mosquito bites only on left side of my body?
Dang, I have this exact question and was hoping to find an answer. Same side of my body and everything!
I have the same issue! It is always the left side of my body, particularly my legs. Last night I was out talking to a neighbor and I came in with 20+ bites on my left leg and none on the right. UGH!
I've had six bites in the last 2 months on the left side of my body - although, i had one on my right wrist over a year ago. Wish they'd be more symetrical

Exact same issue here. I never used to have much of a reaction to mosquito bites, but recently I've been getting itchy rash-like spots only on my left leg. Weird!
Currently— 5 bites left leg and foot, 3 on left arm and hand.

I found this because I had a similar question: Why do chiggers seem to favor my Left side. This difference between Right and Left legs is massive in my case; about 70 to 20. Lactic acid, maybe? Since I am Right handed, favoring the Right over the Left, maybe there is a difference in lactic acid that affects chigger appeal ---just a hypothesis ready to be shot down.
I only get them on the right side. It's crazy!
