Usually after a male masturbates, there is a small amount of semen left in the urethra of the penis, which can cause discomfort or the feeling of the need to urinate. I, myself had the same problem you had, in a way. It stopped after a few weeks for me though. I found that when I ejaculated, the feeling of the semen passing through my urethra caused a sensation ( Unnoticeable under the orgasm's pleasure ) of the need to pee, which released the urine, causing me to pee. It should clear up soon if you "train" yourself to get used to it, and refuse to urinate.
