why does face cream make my skin dry?

most creams make your skin smooth for a bit then dry it ... its so that companies have to keep you buying cos ur skin stays dry so u buy more cream! try using essencial oils like lavender  for your body and teatree for your face and these oils wont make you look oily you skin will aborb it!! works wonders!
