So sometimes when I give oral sex to my boyfriend a day or to after I have a pain in my throat its not like when you get sick that kind of pain it feels different. Just a thought: Maybe, as you are performing oral sex, you are subconsciously contracting your throat muscles. Try to stay more relaxed. Do you enjoy giving oral sex? Maybe you are psychologically resisting it, which makes your throat tense. Do you swallow? Maybe you are staying tense, because you are anxious about doing it, or staying on alert not to do it. Just swallow. You'll get used to it, and probably learn to enjoy it, and your partner will certainly experience far more gratification!!!
