Obesity is an outcome of several reasons, which might be from hormonal and genetic. So eating habits are not the only reason for it.
Hi, i agree that you gaining fat while eating healthy could be genetics. But i would not cling on that. It is true that some people have faster and some slower metabolisms. Some people gain weight quickly, some lose it quickly. We are all different. But bottom line to this is the amount of calories you eat and the amount of calories you burn. I mean if you burn more calories than you had you will lose weight and vice verse. Maybe you need more exercise than walking. Have you considered running or fast walking? It can help a lot. I think you just need a little bit more of exercise in order to lose weight. Try and put your self more into it and remember the harder you exercise the more weight you will lose. Have that in mind and you will lose weight in no time. Keep up the good work . Hope this helps you out.
