every knows that our heart beats and gives us energy to do work but do anyone knows which is the energy that beats our heart?if anyone knows it please give me the answer.
I don't think I understand the question...
The heart is the only organ in the body that has automaticity. That means (simply put) that it needs no outside influence to beat. It has it's own electrical system and pacemaker, and it's own blood/oxygen supply. In theory - if the heart was removed from the body and placed on a table (assuming the blood/oxygen supply continued somehow) it would continue to beat in it's natural rhythm.
Did that answer the question at all? It is the heart's electrical system - starting in the SA node in the right atrium - that causes the muscle to contract.
