Hi, can someone give me an idea of what this is? Last night, I got this weird, cold and empty feeling in the center of my chest, and it felt like it was moving around and moved to my stomach, and from there I couldn't tell if the feeling was growing or still moving around. It doesn't feel painful, just tingly in a way, and my body felt heavy. My heart rate also sped up a bit too. Can someone please give me a sense of what this is?
