during pregnancy abortion chances,i have been 3 week pregnant after my ovulation.home pregnancy test is positive,but i have serious abdominal pain.after some time it has become normal.i had pcod,after doctor prescription i had ovacare and ovulation helping tablet now got pregnant,why this pain? will it lead to abortion?i am worried.what are the precautions i have to take.please answer me.
