Hey I have SP pretty bad on my top lip and it's spreading to my bottom. I've read about tretinoin. Im not looking for something to really get rid of the spots ATM I just want something to stop the ones I already have getting worse and prevent new ones from appearing. Will tretinoin do this? Honestly, just bite the bullet and go see a doctor. It can be awkward, gut they deal with that stuff all the time.
In lots of other forums they just say the doctors fob them off saying it's natural and there is no cure. Couldmy doctor subscribe anything? Thanks
