Well, if I drank only water all day for around a week with barely any calorie intake, would I lose weight in my thighs and butt?

Hi there, chances are, no you would not lose weight. When you don't eat food, your body starts to go into starvation mode which means that it's less likely to want to give up calories. That means that even though you're not eating anything, your body will still hold onto the fat. Have you spoken to your doctor about an exercise regimen instead? I think that might be a good idea if you want to try that out! Let me know what you think, okay?

Well I recently started TaeKwonDo but, you know, I get so desperate to lose weight quickly.
I'm 5'5 at 131 pounds and I can't even wear jeans without showing off my thunder thighs D:

I am sure that you are very frustrated and depressed, as would anyone be if they were feeling fat. That's the point though is that you sound like you're depressed and frustrated because you beat yourself up. Dont' insult your legs! They're your legs, so be proud of how they are for now. You can start losing weight when you exercise which you will, but be happy with yourself the way you are now. It will make weight loss much easier. Does that make sense?
